These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Calice, Marggrafstrasse 26, 30880 Laatzen, Germany (hereinafter “Seller”) and consumers or businesses (hereinafter “Customer”) via the online shop https://calice-clothing.com/.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.
All prices stated on the website are final prices, including applicable taxes (VAT), unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer.

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

The Seller shall be liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, the Seller shall be liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.
This limitation does not apply to liability for injury to life, body or health.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivery takes place electronically.
The Customer agrees that the Seller may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.

The Seller is not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
